Steamed littleneck clams (served in white wine, shallot, and herb butter)
An assortment of artisanal rolls and bread.
Mixed green salad with a selection of locally sourced seasonal fruit and vegetables. (an assortment of dressings will be provided)
Cold couscous salad with feta cheese, cherry tomatoes, and fresh basil. (dressed in an Italian vinaigrette)
Creamy red smashed potatoes (with fresh basil, garlic, butter, sea salt, and black pepper)
Corn on the cob (flash grilled and brushed with butter)
The dinner will be held outside under our tent. Wine may be purchased at the dinner. In the event of very bad weather, a rain date of August 4th has been set aside. Tickets are non-refundable.
