Class Length – 2 1/2 hours. Price for experience $90 ($30 due now, $60 due upon arrival to class). Our Sourdough Experience is a hands-on, behind the scenes look at the craft we pour our hearts into every single day. You’ll learn the basics of sourdough, how it’s made, why it takes time and what makes it so special – all while you get your hands floured and mix your own dough. During this experience you’ll learn the foundation of sourdough baking in a relaxed and welcoming vineyard setting. You’ll be taking home your own mixed dough that we will do in class, your mixing bowl, proofing banneton with cover, scoring lame, our learning guide and your own starter to keep your journey going beyond our class. Space is limited. Wine and charcuterie boards are available for purchase through Hopkins Vineyard upon arrival and during class.
