You are cordially invited to join us August 21–23 as we release our 2025 Estate Riesling, grown and harvested in our Deer Run Vineyard overlooking Lake Waramaug.

To celebrate, we’re revisiting a remarkable moment in Hopkins Vineyard history: the selection of our Estate Riesling for the State Dinner honoring King Charles III and Queen Camilla.

And, naturally, we thought the new vintage deserved a pairing of its own.

🌿 THE FIRST COURSE

Inspired by the first course served alongside Hopkins Riesling at the State Dinner, we’ve created a special release-weekend crostini with whipped ricotta, hearts of palm, toasted shallots, lemon zest and Lake Waramaug honey, finished with wild mint & microgreens.

Enjoy The First Course with a glass of our newly released 2025 Estate Riesling throughout the weekend.

And for those who’d like to take a little piece of Hopkins history home, this vintage is limited to approximately 1,000 bottles, each bearing our new Estate Seal and individually numbered neck tag.
