In keeping with an olde Hopkins family tradition of selling spirits, we are pleased to introduce you to our Brandy! In 2016 our winemaker James Baker made a lovely dry wine from our Vidal Blanc grapes. He then had our neighbors from Litchfield Distillery, distill the wine into brandy. The brandy was cellared in toasted Romanian barrels for three plus years. It shows flavors of vanilla bean, caramel, and honey. Enjoy some smooth sipping of this fine brandy.
